MANAGED IT SERVICES
Support for your People. Administration for your Systems. Ownership for the Business.
BizMacs Complete Managed Support is scoped after discovery because every business has a different mix of users, devices, cloud platforms, vendors, and support intensity.
THREE WAYS TO WORK WITH BIZMACS
Managed support is for ownership. Project services are for defined change. Hourly work is for exceptions, not the main relationship.
People Support
Help for the people using the technology.
Help desk, remote support, device issues, account access, email, calendar, applications, printers, MFA, passwords, and daily workflow support.
Systems Administration
Management of the technology behind the business.
Cloud platforms, accounts, devices, vendors, access, security basics, shared data, licenses, Wi-Fi, backups, and infrastructure where scoped.
Technology Custody
One account owner for the approved environment.
Documentation, vendor coordination, standards, support records, lifecycle planning, and practical guidance.
Continuity & Planning
Higher-level documentation, policy, and business continuity support.
Included with higher-level relationships or scoped separately when the business needs deeper planning and leadership.
On-site Support
Hands-on help when physical presence matters.
Available where scoped. May be occasional, scheduled, recurring, or embedded for high-touch environments.
THE MANAGED SUPPORT FOUNDATION
What BizMacs manages.

Mac and PC troubleshooting
Hardware support for covered business devices
macOS, Windows, iOS, and iPadOS support
Email, calendar, contact, and business application support
Password assistance and MFA login/access support

New device user setup assistance
Ticket tracking, triage, escalation, and documentation of recurring issues
PEOPLE SUPPORT
Support for your people and their technology.
People Support is the day-to-day support layer for approved users, devices, and business platforms. It covers the normal user-facing issues that interrupt work, slow teams down, and create frustration when nobody is clearly responsible for helping.
People Support helps the people in your business when technology gets in the way. It is not meant to stand alone as a complete managed IT relationship because user support depends on the systems, accounts, devices, access, vendors, and infrastructure behind the users.
ADMINISTRATION LEVELS
Light Administration
Simple cloud-only businesses with a small number of platforms, limited infrastructure, and basic account/device administration needs.
Standard Administration
Businesses using Microsoft or Google, SaaS apps, basic networking, onboarding/offboarding, device oversight, vendor coordination, and regular operating support.
Advanced Administration
Businesses with multiple platforms, MDM, firewall/Wi-Fi, backups, security tools, vendors, lifecycle planning, recurring maintenance, password processes, and policy needs.
Enterprise or High Touch
Multi-location or high-touch environments with executive support needs, complex vendors, security expectations, higher urgency, and greater operational demand.
Embedded Onsite
Businesses that need scheduled daily or recurring onsite presence as part of the operating rhythm.
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION MAY INCLUDE
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, 1Password, and approved SaaS administration
User account creation, licensing, group membership, and permission changes
New user onboarding coordination and departing user offboarding
Password manager and MFA administration
Workstation and mobile device administration, including MDM/device management where applicable
Firewall, Wi-Fi, VPN, and core network coordination where scoped
Cybersecurity and endpoint protection administration
Backup and recovery administration for approved systems
SaaS subscription administration, license cleanup, and billing coordination
Hardware, asset, and lifecycle management
Vendor coordination for covered systems
Infrastructure documentation, recurring system health review, and risk identification
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION
Systems administration for your infrastructure.
Systems Administration is the layer that keeps the business technology environment organized, secure, documented, and working. This is what turns support from reactive help into managed IT.
Systems Administration manages the technology behind the business — the cloud platforms, accounts, devices, security settings, shared data, network, backups, vendors, licenses, and infrastructure that need to stay organized, secure, and working.

CONTINUITY & PLANNING MAY INCLUDE
Technology documentation
Vendor records and escalation paths
Access recovery and break-glass planning
Core IT policy support
AI acceptable-use guidance
Business continuity planning
Backup expectations and recovery priorities
Lifecycle planning and budget awareness
Leadership-facing technology review
Risk awareness and practical recommendations
CONTINUITY & PLANNING
Documentation, policy, and technology leadership where the relationship requires it.
Some businesses need more than user support and systems administration. They need a clearer operating technology picture: what matters, who owns it, how access is controlled, where data lives, which vendors are critical, what happens when someone leaves, and what the business should do when technology fails.
Typically included with Advanced Administration, Enterprise / High Touch, and Embedded Onsite relationships. Can also be scoped separately as a project or readiness engagement.
HOW SUPPORT IS DELIVERED
Remote-First
Support is delivered through the help desk, remote tools, phone, email, screen sharing, cloud administration, and vendor coordination.
Best fit: Businesses that need dependable support and systems administration without routine onsite presence.
Remote + Onsite as Needed
Most support begins remotely. Onsite work is scheduled when physical presence is needed and included in scope.
Best fit: Businesses that need managed IT ownership with occasional hands-on support.
Scheduled Onsite
BizMacs provides planned onsite support windows for user support, device work, infrastructure checks, and vendor coordination.
Best fit: Higher-touch environments where periodic onsite presence improves support quality and continuity.
Embedded Onsite
BizMacs provides daily or recurring onsite presence as part of a premium managed support relationship.
Best fit: Ultra-high-touch environments that need BizMacs physically present as part of the operating rhythm.
ONSITE SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE
Scheduled onsite support
Hands-on workstation, printer, scanner, AV, and conference room support
New hire desk setup and departing employee equipment collection
Executive and VIP support
Light infrastructure checks
Onsite vendor coordination
In-person escalation for urgent operational issues
ON-SITE SUPPORT
Hands-on help when physical presence matters.
Most support starts remotely through the help desk, remote tools, screen sharing, cloud administration, account review, vendor coordination, or device troubleshooting. When hands-on support is needed, onsite support is available based on the support model selected.
Embedded Onsite is a premium managed support relationship for high-touch environments that need BizMacs physically present on a recurring or daily schedule. It is not a staffing agency arrangement and it is not unlimited project labor. It is a managed services engagement with scheduled onsite presence, clear scope, and defined expectations.
SCOPE CLARITY
What remains separate.
Managed support does not automatically include every possible technology request. The following are typically scoped separately.
Office moves, desk moves, relocations, new office setup, and physical equipment moves
New software, SaaS, security, backup, AI, or workflow integrations
Hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, warranties, vendor fees, taxes, shipping, third-party charges, cabling, electrical, and facilities work
After-hours, weekend, holiday, emergency, residential, personal, or non-covered support unless separately approved
Major migrations, network redesigns, Wi-Fi redesigns, SharePoint or Dropbox rebuilds, and large device rollouts
Advanced cybersecurity, formal compliance, digital forensics, legal discovery, custom AI workflows, and support outside the approved scope

No. BizMacs explains how pricing works, but exact pricing is scoped after discovery based on covered users, infrastructure complexity, onsite expectations, support intensity, and the level of operational responsibility BizMacs is asked to own.
BizMacs cannot responsibly support users without administering the systems those users depend on: accounts, devices, permissions, passwords, MFA, vendors, licensing, shared data, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
No. BizMacs is built for clients who value urgency, responsiveness, judgment, reachable support, and ownership over the cheapest possible option.
For many clients, yes. BizMacs is a practical alternative to hiring internal IT for businesses that need user support, systems administration, vendor coordination, documentation, and technology custody.
It means BizMacs acts as the accountable technology owner for the approved environment within the agreed scope. The client still owns its data, accounts, licenses, vendors, and decisions.
No. Continuity & Planning is typically included with Advanced Administration, Enterprise / High Touch, and Embedded Onsite relationships. For lighter environments, policy, planning, documentation, and continuity work can be scoped separately as a project or readiness engagement.
It depends on the support model. Some clients are remote-first. Some have onsite support as needed. Some require scheduled or embedded onsite support. Daily or recurring onsite presence is priced separately under Embedded Onsite.
Yes. A transition usually starts with discovery, access review, documentation, vendor review, current support review, and stabilization before BizMacs takes operational ownership.
That is why the Managed Support Readiness Review exists. BizMacs can review users, devices, platforms, access, vendors, support pain points, documentation gaps, and current risks before recommending the right path.
Yes. Project services and hourly work are handled separately from managed support. They may be used for migrations, office moves, new systems, AI readiness, security cleanup, network upgrades, or existing managed clients.
